1. Practice Activation:
In order for you and your practice to access Allscripts online training, your practice must have an "Allscripts Client Code" that has been activated for online training. If your Client Code has not been activated for online training, you must Contact Allscripts to activate your client code. If you are an upgrade customer, Allscripts will explain the process for getting your Client Code activated which may include needing to return your signed contract to Allscripts.

2. User Registration:
Once the practice is registered for online training, each individual must create their own personal account for online training. Self-register here. Your registration gives you access to your online training at www.promisepoint.com/allscriptsprosuite/ also known as the Allscripts Adoption Accelerator. Each practice should receive an email confirming the practice is registered for online training.
- * Your practice's Client Code is required to submit your self-registration form. The curriculum field will not have any options to choose from until the client code is entered.
- If you don't know your Client Code Contact Allscripts or your office manager to obtain your client code

3. Weekend Training:
If you have questions regarding weekend training Contact Allscripts. Weekend training is setup and managed by Allscripts. Allscripts can also be reached at ProUpgradeQuestions@allscripts.com.

The courses will not open?
- If your organization has implemented IE 10, the browser must be set to ‘Compatibility Mode’ when accessing Healthstream.

- Ensure your popup blocker is disabled. If working on an organization computer request permission from your IT Support Team to complete this step.
- Clear Cache & Cookies in Internet Browser.

- 1. Select Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history.
- 2. Check Temporary Internet Files and History.
- 3. Click Delete.
- 4. You may also try to Force Refresh the page by Shift + Ctrl + F5
Clear Cache in Mozilla Firefox|versions 6.x and 7.x and higher
- 1. Click Edit or Tools menu and choose Preferences or Options.
- 2. Expand the Advanced or Privacy options tab and choose Cache or Privacy.
- 3. Click the Clear Cache or Clear Your Recent History button/link, or you can remove individual cookies(advanced users).
- 4. Click OK.

- 1. From the Safari menu, choose Empty Cache
- 2. or Hold down the Option and Command keys and press E.
- Access the courseware through a different Internet Browser, if possible Mozilla Firefox, IE 8,9
- Try to open and play from another computer, if possible
