The Organizational Summary by date filter report, also known as the Org Sum by Snapshot, is a Course Completion report designed to display the curriculum activity based on the Organization.

Like the Organizational Summary report, it can be used at Organization level, Location level, Department level and learner level by drilling down through the report. This report is accessible to any user with the report admin role.

Learn how to use the Organizational Summary by date filter report by following these quick steps:

• Log in to PromisePoint.
• Click the Org Summary link under the Course Completion header.
• When the report opens, choose the date range of the curriculum activity you want to view.
• Then, click View report.
• The organizational curriculum activity displays in summary columns and graph.
• The to drill to the location level, click the Location for which you want to view data.
• The location curriculum activity displays in summary columns and a graph.
• Then, click the Department for which you want to view data.
• The department curriculum activity displays in summary columns and a graph.
• Then, click a learner’s name to view their transcript report.
• Click the Back Arrow icon on any screen to return to the previous report or page.
• Click the Save drop-down arrow to view and select the format in which you want to save the report.
• Click anywhere outside the Save drop-down menu to close it. Click Close
• Report in the upper-right hand corner when you are finished viewing the report.
