All rooms have a room capacity and some events may override this capacity. Sometimes you may need to force enroll users into an event or class.
If your site is configured to have the waitlist feature, this qrg explains how it works.
1. Click on Session Scheduler V2
2. Find the event/class you wish to enroll the user.
3. Right click and choose Session Roster
4. Search for the user and click Enroll
5. When you attempt to enroll a user over capacity you should see the following
6.) Select the checkbox next to the user that is Wait Listed
7. Press the Enrolled button above. You should see the green banner shown below
The user status should now be Enrolled. Please be aware that rooms have capacities for a reason. Be caution with the amount you force enroll to a single event/class.
